- crafts digital product experiences clients in banking, insurance, distribution, travel & transportation, and oil & gas industries
- proficient in all stages of the design processes, from initial discovery phase to delivery, to hands-on design work

- work ranged from high-end visual designs of sites and intranets to design for mobile apps with a focus on mobile first
- led various aspects of production including style guides, coordinating content, graphics production and user interface design for web and applications
- supported hiring, including screening and interviewing
- project experience included both long-term project design work as well as quick turnaround deliverables associated with an agency environment

1999 - 2003 | Business Owner / Senior Designer – freelance
- created and produced print and web design solutions for clients of diverse interests including IBM Canada, Pomegranate Media (Tennis Canada & Electromate), Solar Energy Society of Canada, Morcor Software Solutions, and Impact Management International

2000 - 2001 | Blast Radius | Senior Designer
- developed websites from concept to completion for clients in diverse industries including clothing, consumer products, retail and financial institutions.
- responsibilities included creating online identities/ design solutions consistent with offline campaigns and then developing visual specifications.
- worked with programmers to determine the best overall design within constraints
- coordinated various aspects of production including content, HTML coders and designers

1989 - 1999 | Royal Military Collage of Canada | Graphic designer
- led the creation and production of high-quality print materials
- responsible for projects from the initial concept to the final printed product.
- worked directly with the client, planning printing budgets, scheduling and coordinating the project
- project coordination involved interacting with a variety of third party suppliers from printers and film houses to photographers and designers
